The Nash Process
You have chosen your dream home and it is now our job to make sure your modular building or mobile home arrives safely and is set to the highest standards of quality. This page is designed to show you how our process works from the moment we are contacted about your job all the way to the end. We make sure to keep in touch with you throughout the entire process and our job is not complete until you are satisfied.
Site Check
The Site Check is used to inspect the property to assess what work may need to be done before the Nash Team comes to the property with the home. It is also used to inspect the route the home will take, mark the location of the home, and mark any underground piping like septic tanks.
Foundation and Drainage Pad
A drainage pad will be installed using quality materials.
If a foundation is in the plans then piers or runners will be dug into the drainage pad and filled with concrete to the specifications set by the manufacturer or engineering firm.
Delivery
Our main office will contact the customer at least 24 hours prior to delivery of the home. Every customer needs to be present during the delivery of the home. Please be careful of any crew or machinery in the area of the moving home.
Field Set
The crews are properly equipped to handle many different types of sets, such as field set, pit set, ground set, and off frame sets. Our crews always follow the proper blocking, leveling, and anchoring procedures set by the manufacturer's installation manual. The crews are also given paperwork to have homeowner sign off on the set and level of the home. Please make arrangements to be there at time of set.
Quality Assurance
Nash Construction and Transport highly values the quality of our work and we have developed a solid reputation because of our skilled work. If Nash Construction and Transport has set the home on a Nash Construction pad and foundation then we will warranty the level of the home for 1 year after it is set.
